My infatutation with food began at a very young age, and it has been my path and obsession for a long time. I have worked with food professionally since 2004, starting with decorating cakes and slinging shakes at Ben and Jerry's, to making fresh pizza at a local family-owned stone oven joint. I began cooking in restaurants shortly thereafter, which transitioned into working as a private chef a couple years later. Cooking for people on a personal level brought a desire to help people more effectively, and so I studied to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013. My cooking style is inspired by cuisines from all over the globe (which I use as a good excuse to travel and explore the world as often as possible), and I use local seasonal ingredients, while always keeping optimum nutrition in mind. My journey in yoga began in 2010, and as I began to see my life transforming into something more conscious and mindful, I wanted to share this practice with others. I completed my 200 RYT training in 2014 at Loom Yoga Center in Brooklyn. I was born and raised in LA, and I made my way east to call Brooklyn my home in 2012.
